Started the day with a sweat sesh of course, lol. Cause ya know I deserve to be my Happiest, healthiest version! I am feeling so overwhelmed with all the love and help Fernando has gotten in the last week – if u sometimes feel alone and like nobody cares about u – that couldn’t be farther than the truth so never feel scared about reaching out or asking for help cuz I believe our default is to always be excellent to each other – thanks for everything bitchachos.
