When he sees this soldier, he needed to investigate with some moose smooches and I gotta tell ya, it’s pretty darn adorable. My practice was short staffed and I volunteered to be a receptionist. It started off OK, I was making small talk with clients, giving out treats and puppy cuddles and thinking, I got this, then. The phone started to ring, more clients arrived, the vet was asking questions, more appointments needed booking, meds had to be dispensed, the queue started to build and to top it all off I had to try to work the card machine!
