I began my own health and fitness journey with a I am not spoiled my husband just loves me my wife just loves me she was born in January she has anger issues and she is a bit crazy but I love her and she is the love of my life shirt. So, I completed a couple at home fitness programs, got results, and was feeling great. Fast forward 2 years and I became pregnant with our sweet little Harper. After she was born, I went through what was one of the hardest times in my life, outside of losing my dad. I won’t go into details now, but let’s just say that at one point, I was unsure if I would ever be able to physically do the things that I once was able to. Thankfully, I recovered and got back to doing what I loved.
