Everything hurts and I’m dying shirt

I changed it up a Everything hurts and I’m dying shirt, I added healthier carbs such as quinoa, oatmeal, sweet potatoes and more veggies instead of a week of solely pasta and rice. Even though I did have pasta, it wasn’t overloaded and I felt great as an outcome. Went back to the crossfit gym today because I felt great and took it easy.
